I embarked on photography a little later in life than many of my peers after summoning up the courage to pursue my dream. The journey since hasbeen fulfilling and gratifying. I am inspired by and thankful for my lecturers and technical staff at Edith Cowan University, W.A. They have nurtured, challenged and extended me. I now ‘see’ so much more and a new world with so many possibilities is opening before me. My family and friends have been supportive and most ‘tolerant’ models and for that I truly thank them.
Creating images affords me such great pleasure, further enhanced when somebody derives enjoyment from or reacts to that captured moment. For me, there is still so much to see and so many aspects of this expressive medium still to explore; such wonderfully exciting times.
