Site Unseen is a project of mammoth proportions, requiring masses of support and to each of you who have contributed in your own way, we thank you.

Primarily, we would like to congratulate the fifty-six contributors to Site Unseen 05. Well done on this achievement and thank you for taking the time out from your study and work to enter and support this competition. To those who werent successful this edition, do not let this hurdle stop you.

Thanks, thanks and more thanks to our naming sponsor Fujifilm Professional. Our undying gratitude goes to Kevin Cooper, Chris Kin-Maung, Corey Kemp and Kate Clarke who have supported us unconditionally.

Many thanks (and favours owing) must go to Camera Electronics, PRA Imaging and Plaza Cameras for once again taking delivery of the hundreds of entries. Also thank you for your ongoing assistance and enthusiasm for the project.

To each of our sponsors, without you the dream could not be. We are eternally grateful that you believe in Site Unseen and for your financial contributions.

To the Judges; Emma Van Dordecht, Donna Swan, Linda Norris, Mark Griffin, Ric Syme, Robyn Cusack and Simon Cowling. Thank you so much for giving us an entire Saturday and helping to chose such impressive images. We feel privileged to have met and learned from you.

Sincere thanks to the photographic staff at Central Tafe, E.C.U and Curtin University for their unwavering support and encouragement.

A fitting cheers to all the local businesses that helped with our fundraising. In particular Hollywood Bowls Club, The Left Bank, The Red Sea Night Club, Demmer Galleries, Salon Icon and Little Creatures Brewery. We are so grateful to you and all the people who attended and supported these memorable and essential events.

A big thanks to E Central Tafe campus for hosting our judging day, Framcor for the wonderful job on the frames and Ryan Scott at 72 d.p.i for our fabulous website.

Thanks to all the past Site Unseen committee members for their guidance and particular mention must go to Dave Ryall (03) and Tim Van Bronswijk (03 & 04) for their loyalty and selflessness. On a par with these 2 people are our friends and families. The people who love us the most, take a back seat while the project takes over and never complain. We love you.

It is said; you can choose your friends, but not your family. Well, we chose seven people, but ended up with a family-like relationship; there were disagreements and some tension but always respect. Thankyou Becky for your fearless nature, Dayna your never-say-die attitude, Joel your optimism, Jono your unstoppable drive, Karen your style and zest, Kat your patience and kindness and Kent your contagious energy.

It has been the personalities and sheer determination of the 05 committee that allowed for an amazing journey and a brilliant book and exhibition.
